Alex Harman

A Tacoma native, Alex Harman has over twenty-five years of industry experience and over $100m in project value completion. Starting at an early age, Alex worked for his father’s small building and development company in all phases of the construction process before attending the University of Washington. After graduating, Alex went into the wholesale lending market working with lenders to package debt instruments sold on the secondary market. He then moved to Pacific Capital where he spent several years working in money management and running his own financial advising practice. Although he had a thriving practice, Alex’s true passion was construction and land development. Alex decided to bring his unique background of financial expertise and hands-on construction experience back to Tacoma, where he started his own company, Harman Construction LLC, in 2010. Currently, with over $40m under management, Alex has recently added a property management company to his existing construction and development businesses to create a vertically integrated family of companies.

Michael Robinson

Michael Robinson, a lifelong resident of the Puget Sound area, began his journey as a Housing Provider at the age of 19 and has been a part of the real estate community ever since. His early career path included 18 years in the retail clothing business, beginning directly out of high school with a local men’s store chain and a short time later, launching two mens stores of his own. After pursuing his endeavors in retail, Michael returned to his roots in residential real estate in 1993, choosing to hang his license with Windermere. His exceedingly driven attitude led him to sell 43 homes within his first year of business, laying the foundation for him to develop a portfolio of over 100 housing units within Pierce County as well as co-found Windermere Professional Partners in 2001. The company thrived, growing to five offices and boasting the highest agent per capita production for years running. In 2020, he sold his share of Professional Partners to the Windermere Family, but continued his involvement as a licensed broker running Team Robinson which includes his son, Colton, and his two “business sons”, Alex and Austin. In addition, Michael collaborates with Professional Partners as a consultant who speaks to brokers regarding market statistics.
